How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Actual shipping time depends on the shipping method selected. UPS Ground service normally takes 1 to 6 business days depending on the ship to location. Therefore, it can take 2 to 8 business days for you to receive your order (this is a combination of up to six (6) days transit time and 1 to 2 days in our distribution facility).
Need it faster? You can choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air as your service. This will reduce your order's transit time to 2 days for 2nd Day Air or 1 day for Next Day Air.
Overnight / Expedited Shipping to US Destinations
Orders must be placed by 2:00pm EST weekdays for same day shipping on UPS Next Day or Second Day. Same day shipping applies to in-stock products only.

Shipping Rates - to Canadian Destinations
UPS Ground orders to Canada ship every Tuesday and Friday. Express and Expedited orders for in stock items, ship within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Pantone will absorb all customs and brokerage fees for shipments to Canada. Your shipping costs depend on the total dollar value of your order. You may be responsible for taxes. Please check with your local laws and regulations regarding taxes on orders shipped from outside Canada. All such taxes are fully the responsibility of the buyer.

Paint Shipping Rates
Paint shipping rates are 6% of the total dollar value of the paint purchased with a minimum of $6. All paint is shipped UPS Ground service. If you need a faster shipping method, please call us at 866-MY-COLOR (866-692-6567).
Flash Drive Shipping Rates
Flash Drives are shipped separately from other Pantone products. They are normally shipped economically via US Mail. Order processing time is 1-3 days and normal shipping time is 2-5 business days. Flash Drives are shipped from Guilford, CT 06437. We can also offer UPS expedited shipping for an additional cost. See below for shipping rates.

How can I return or exchange an item? *
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and it has been less than 30 days since you received your order, please call our Customer Service Department for a return authorization number at 1-866-PANTONE. Then return the product to us using a traceable and insurable carrier (such as UPS). Items must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging.
